Conference Registration

The 12th International Conference of the Peanut Research Community on Advances in Arachis through Genomics and Biotechnology (AAGB-2023) welcomes your attendance in October 2023. This conference will bring together the world’s top researchers, scientists, and peanut industry leaders to exchange ideas, expand their network, and discuss the latest trends in the global peanut community. The meeting will also highlight young scientists, graduate students and postdocs, who will be the torch bearers for the next generation of peanut innovation.

We have 3 registration categories:

– Professional – includes those at non-profit and commercial organizations.

– Student – Students are required to submit a copy of their student identification to conferences@hudsonalpha.org.

– Guest Pass – includes access to Monday’s opening reception, Tuesday’s evening social, and Wednesday’s reception and dinner at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center. Guests are limited to non-industry persons (e.g. spouses). A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the guest registration.

There are 2 tiers of registration, based on date:

– Early Registrationup through and including May 31, 2023.

– Standard Registration –  from June 1, 2023 through conference opening October 16, 2023.

*This pass includes remote access to lectures, workshops and poster sessions.

– Closing Banquet Dinner at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center (Wednesday)

– Eligible to submit a poster abstract


How to Register

You must complete the online registration form to register for AAGB 2023 – click here to register.

For onsite registration please proceed to kiosks located in the HudsonAlpha Atrium.

Upon arrival, all attendees must pick up their badge and registration materials onsite at the registration kiosks, located in the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology Atrium.

If you are unable to attend AAGB 2023, you may send a substitute in your place. Contact us to adjust your registration details and replace your badge name and affiliation with that of your replacement.

Payment Policies

All payments must be in U.S. currency.

For discounted Early Registration pricing, payment must be made in full and all checks and wired funds must be received by May 31, 2023. Payments received June 1, 2023 and later will not receive discounted pricing and Standard Registration rates will apply.
