Faculty Investigator Sara Cooper, PhD, sat down with the Belle Curve Podcast to discuss how genetic testing can help individuals learn more about their cancer risk.
Cooper also explained how HudsonAlpha scientists are using genomics to fight cancer.
“A big thing that has come out of cancer research in general in the last decade or so is the ability to better predict cancer risk,” she explained. “Some of the work that we’ve done and that others have done, that’s really what motivated the project called Information is Power.”
