601 Genome Way
601 Genome Way, which opened in 2007, boasts a striking, open architecture designed to facilitate collaboration. Lab spaces in the flagship building are built to the National Institutes of Health standards for biosafety, with single-pass air and emergency power. 601 Genome Way emphasizes collaborative space with a full-service cafe with catering capabilities, auditorium, classroom, lounge, library, and shared meeting rooms.
701 McMillian Way
In 2012, 701 McMillian Way opened for biotech companies with the desire and need for more compartmentalized space. The suite-style building offers up to 6,000 square feet of contiguous space with leaseable conference rooms and breakrooms to accompany lab and office space to meet your company’s needs. 701 McMillian Way also offers loading dock access for each suite for a more streamlined shipping and receiving process.
Paul Propst Center
The Paul Propst Center (800 Hudson Way), opened in 2018, continues the HudsonAlpha campus theme of space designed for collaborations between researchers, educators, clinicians and entrepreneurs. The space mimics 601 Genome Way with premier lab and office space and a collaborative building design. The Paul Propst Center also houses HudsonAlpha’s Primer Lab startup incubator and the majority of HudsonAlpha’s education outreach work.

Discovery Life Sciences Global Headquarters
The Discovery Life Sciences (Discovery) Global Headquarters (900 Hudson Way) stands as a testament to the innovation and growth within the HudsonAlpha campus. Co-founded at 601 Genome Way in 2007 as Conversant Bio, Discovery has evolved through strategic mergers and natural growth into a leading international biospecimen procurement and biomarker services organization. To accommodate its continued growth and consolidate some of its U.S. operations, Discovery chose to remain and expand within the HudsonAlpha ecosystem. Completed in 2023, its new global headquarters brings Discovery’s teams together under one roof, supporting collaboration and continued global impact in precision medicine.
Kathy L. Chan Greenhouse
Located at 1000 Hudson Way, the Kathy L. Chan Greenhouse is a state-of-the-art facility designed to help HudsonAlpha’s plant scientists advance their mission to use genomics to help sustainably feed and fuel our planet. The 14,000-square-foot facility, opened in 2022, includes two molecular lab spaces, a glasshouse with seven grow rooms, a bioinformatics lab, and many technologically advanced features.
