Debbie Morgan, CAP serves as the Executive Assistant to Carter Wells, Vice President for Economic Development at HudsonAlpha.

Prior to joining HudsonAlpha in 2021, Morgan worked for UAH in the Office of the President as the Event Manager. At UAH she assisted with events for the UA System Office, Office of the President and Office of Advancement. She brings over 30 years of administrative support experience in non-profit and for profit organizations to the Economic Development team.

Morgan is a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals and earned her Certified Administrative Secretary certification in 1990 and added the Office Management certification in 2005. She has recertified her Certified Administrative Professional certification in 2021.

Morgan earned her Bachelors from Northwood University and her MBA from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. She has two sons and daughter-in-laws along with two grandsons and a granddaughter.
