HudsonAlpha employees have the opportunity to learn more about genomic medicine at the inaugural Genomic Medicine Conference, hosted by HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology, to be held on August 8-10, 2016. This multi-day program offers an inspiring lineup of speakers and a dynamic agenda focused on advancing knowledge in the field of genomic medicine in a clinical care setting.
Employees that may not be able to attend the full conference may choose certain conference days that would be most beneficial for them. These rates are designed specifically for HudsonAlpha employees only.

Employee Rates:
Full-Participation Pass – $495 This is an unrestricted pass to attend the entire conference, including meals, socials and evening events.
Monday Evening Pass – $100 This is a ticket to Monday evening’s events, including the opening reception, keynote session and dessert reception.
Tuesday Talks Only – FREE This is a restricted pass that provides access to Tuesday’s sessions only. It does not include food or the evening event at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center.
Tuesday Day Pass – $150 This is a restricted pass that provides access to Tuesday’s breakfast, breaks, lunch and sessions. It does not include access to the U.S. Space and Rocket Center social on Tuesday evening.
Tuesday Evening Pass – $100 This is a ticket to the U.S. Space and Rocket Center social, which includes a reception in the museum, tours of the museum, dinner in the Davidson Center and the keynote session.
Wednesday Day Pass – $150 This is a restricted pass that provides access to Wednesday’s breakfast, breaks, lunch, sessions and the closing reception.
Wednesday Talks Only – FREE This is a restricted pass that provides access to Wednesday’s sessions only. It does not include food or the closing reception.
