Thank you for visiting the HudsonAlpha Clinical Services Lab (CSL). We have recently converted our mission to providing genomic testing, data and analysis solely to HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology campus-based operations. The CSL is certified by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), ensuring that we will continue to meet and exceed industry standards for clinical laboratory testing for any outstanding external contracts that are in the process of being fulfilled.

Unless reanalysis is requested as part of a HudsonAlpha-affiliated study, these services will no longer be offered. However, the laboratory can share raw data with another facility to perform reanalysis at the patient’s request. Recommendations can be made for alternative reanalysis providers. The HudsonAlpha Clinical Services Lab will continue to store raw data and remaining DNA samples for 20 years from the test order date, per laboratory retention policies. After the required retention period, specimens may be discarded and data deleted.

Yes. To request your specimen be sent to another facility, complete a Release of Records Request Form. In Section D, select “Other” and enter “remaining specimen”. Submit the completed form to the HudsonAlpha Clinical Services Lab at submission@clinicallab.org. Fees for shipping and handling may apply.
